What is Pajama Project?

Pajama Project is a vision I have had for a while now. Being a mom and wanting to help kids, I came up with the project to give to those kids who might not have the same things more fortunate kids have, like a clean new pair of pajamas. It is something so small, but for a child who might not have access to new pajamas, it can mean a great deal. I pictured all the "Pajama Days" at School, Camps & Daycares, winter carnival, etc. and so many kids wouldn’t have the opportunity to join in if they weren’t confident wearing what they had. Now they will be able to join in the fun with new pajamas and stay cozy on those cold winter nights!

How does the project work?

With every transaction, buying or selling, The Let's Talk Real Estate Team will purchase ten pairs of pajamas that will be distributed to local schools.

Our goal is to distribute 1000 pairs of Pajamas throughout our local Elementary Schools by the end of the year. 

Who gets the pajamas?

The Home and School committee from each school will determine who gets the pajamas based on individual needs.

Does the seller/purchaser of the home have to donate?

No, the pajamas are purchased strictly by the "Let's Talk Real Estate" team.

How can you help?

We will graciously accept any (new with tags) pajamas or cash donations to support the project. Simply drop off at the Exit Realty Advantage building at 461 St. Mary’s Street, or contact us at (506) 260-2852 and we will make arrangements to pick up.
